(June 17, 2018, 1:23 pm)I called Drain Doctor on a Saturday afternoon and spoke to James, I told him what was wrong and he quoted me a price and set a time for a Sunday. James even called me to tell me how long he would be before he arrived. James was a pleasant chap and found nothing a problem, after clearing the drain he reassembled my gutter and downpipe and then cleaned up the dirty sludge. We highly recommend James for his efficient, courteous and professional service also good d price for a Sunday visit. Call James for top quality service!

The chap (who's name I can't remember) visited my house yesterday and unfortunately I wasn't able to get away from work. He called me three times to keep me updated, provided me with costs and spoke to my neighbour where the problem originated from. Despite not being there, I was kept up to date and the work undertaken was done well and my property left clean and tidy. Please can you pass on my thanks to the technician who visited. I was nervous as I wasn't there but was kept up to date by the technician who was friendly and professional. A job well done and praise is due.
